Dr Jeremie DeZwirek, DDS

Dr. Jeremie DeZwirek “Dr. Dez” brings a blend of compassion, advanced dental surgical expertise, and state of the art technology to San Marin Dental. He earned his Bachelor’s in Molecular Cell Biology from UC Berkeley and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of the Pacific, where he graduated with high honors. During dental school, he was selected to the advanced oral surgery and pediatric programs and was a lead dental ambassador for dental mission trips to Guatemala, the Philippines, and Mexico.

Dr. Dez completed an advanced General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in San Diego, specializing in endodontics, implantology, and oral surgery. He has a passion for implants, interdisciplinary dentistry, computer aided dental design and milling, and dental forensics. A former NCAA All-American swimmer, Dr. Dez helped lead the UC Berkeley swim team to an NCAA title in 2014 and narrowly missed qualifying for the Canadian Olympic team in 2016. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys traveling, community outreach, and is a superfan of Survivor. He is fluent in French.

Dr. Thomas Dembski, DDS

Dr. Thomas Dembski brings over 40 years of clinical experience and a deep passion for dentistry to San Marin Dental. He is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and takes pride in creating personalized care plans that ensure comfort and peace of mind. Dr. Dembski understands that every patient has unique dental needs and concerns, and he has spent his career caring for individuals with a wide range of medical conditions.

Previous to San Marin Dental, Dr. Dembski served as a faculty dentist and graduate instructor at the UCSF School of Dentistry (where he founded the advanced dental residency program), was the past director of dentistry at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago, and was the previous chairman of the Academy of General Dentistry. Throughout his career, Dr. Dembski has been committed to expanding access to care and bringing healthy, confident smiles to the underserved and medically complex.

When Dr. Dembski isn’t working, he likes spending time with his lovely wife, Ann, and enjoying the great outdoors — hiking, bicycling, kayaking, and taking care of the foliage around his house. He also sings bass with three choral groups that volunteer to sing in nursing homes and the surrounding community.
